This gives you the ability to precisely micro dose your meds daily, using whatever method of days on vs days off you choose. Micro’s are best taken first thing in the morning upon wake up, empty stomach, and they work extremely good when you spend a few minutes upon rising from bed, taking your meds, and then getting intentional with your day.
What do you want to create? What do you want to accomplish? What pain or hardships do you need to heal from?
Micro dosing is quickly becoming the trend to do away with our old SSRI’s… anti depressant meds that now show clinically to DO NOTHING for us…. but magic mushies do.. and they do it softly, and intentionally, and allow our minds and bodies to heal and elevate.
